Crisco 1/2 cup melted
3/4 cup flour
Chorzio Sausage cup and cooked
1 large onion
1 large green pepper;
2 celery stalks, chopped
Garlic minced
Cyanne pepper
3 -6 cups of chicken broth
1 bay leaf
2 chicken breasts and 3 thighs-- cut up

Cook sausage
Melt crisco and add flour - stir till brown
Add celery, onion and sausage into roux, cook and stir in garlic.
Season with salt and pepper and some cyanne
Pour in chicken broth
add chicken
Cook 1-2 hours

Serve over cooked rice
