1 pkg Bakers Corner Honey Cornbread mix or 1 pkg Jiffy cornbread mix
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Milk
2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 Cup Pumpkin from Can
1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 Cup Walnuts Chopped (optional)
Jalapenos diced small (optional)
1/2 Cup Medium Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Bake 375* Bake 400*
9 x 5 Loaf Pan 55 minutes 6 to 8 Muffins
Lightly grease your chosen Dish. In a Large bowl combine all the ingredients.
until well blend the mix will be lumpy. Pour mix into your pan.
Brush with Melted Butter. I think they are moist enough without.
