2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
¾ cup shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together until it forms little peas.
Add 4 to 5 Tbsp. cold water.
Mix with spoon until it comes together.
Separate into 2 balls.
Roll out.
Use in pie for top and bottom.

To use a prebaked crust:

Line pie plate with rolled out crust.
Prick all over and bake at 350º until brown.
