1 egg, beaten
16 oz spaghetti sauce
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup parmesan Cheese
½ tsp. Pepper
2 slices mozzarella cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. oil
1 pork tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and parmesan
cheese.
Cut pork into serving size pieces.
Dip into egg, then into breadcrumb mixture.
Brown in oil on stovetop.
Put browned pieces in casserole dish, pour spaghetti
sauce over and bake for 20-30 minutes till done.
Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5
minutes until cheese is melted.
