Pizza Meatloaf Recipe

1 egg
1 8 oz can pizza sauce
cup dried breadcrumbs
2 tsp minced onion
tsp pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 slice mozzarella cheese

In medium bowl, beat egg slightly.
Stir in cup pizza sauce, breadcrumbs, oregano and pepper.
Add beef and mix well
To shape meat in ring, mound meat mixture in pie plate.
Shape in 2 inch high and 5 inch diameter.
Form 2 inch diameter hole in center of meat mound using hand
Bake at 350 for 35 min
Spoon off fat.
Spoon remaining pizza sauce over meat.
Bake 5 minutes more or until meat is done.
Cut cheese in 8 triangles and arrange cheese on top of meat.
Bake 2 minute more or until cheese begins to melt.
