1/2 cup celery
1 /2 cups onions
2 small oysters
Cornbread and stove top dressing
Accent to taste

Directions:
Use the turkey neck, gizzard and liver and heart in and sauce pan add a little stock to it, bring to boil then simmer add onions and celery the mix with dressing . when done add oysters cook for 1 min' or 2 and sevre
