4 c. Cranberries, fresh or frozen
3½ qts. Water
12 Whole Cloves
4 Cinnamon Sticks
¾ c. Orange Juice
⅔ c. Lemon Juice
2 c. Sugar
4 c. Vodka or Rum (optional depending on audience)

Directions:
Directions:
In dutch oven or large kettle, combine Cranberries, Water, Cloves and Cinnamon.
Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat.
Simmer 12-15 minutes.
Strain Cooked juice through fine sieve or cheese cloth squeezing gently.
To the strained juice, add Orange Juice, Lemon Juice and Sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
This can be served hot or cold.

You are going to love the smell of Christmas with this one.
I serve this one with an ice ring with cranberries, mint leaves, cloves and cinnamon sticks frozen in a mold then poured ginger ale over it in a punch bowl.
