1 can beer
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cove garlic
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup katcup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 lemon slice
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. dry mustard
Several dashes hot pepper sauce
1 5 to 6 pound beef brisket

In a larger saucepan combine beer
tomato juice, onion, garlic, Worc sauce, katcup, brown sugar, lemon, paprika, mustard, hot sauce, s/p. Simmer for 30 min's .Until you have about 1 1/2 cups
Take your brisket out clean it up ,oil with olive oil or veg. oil, s/p.
now take it to grill and smoke it for 1 1/2 to2 hours
Then take it out and wrap it in foil and add your beer sauce bring your temp up to 250 and cook it
for 5 to 6 hours more until fall a part.
