30 oz. canned pineapple chunks, drained
1 ¼ cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed Ritz Crackers(about 23-25)
⅓ cup melted butter



Directions:
Directions:

Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 9" x 13" pan. Place the pineapple chunks in the bottom of the pan. Mix the sugar, flour and cheddar cheese together and crumble over the pineapple. Cover with a layer of the crushed crackers. Drizzle the melted butter over the layer of crushed crackers. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
