1 - 16oz turkey cutlets
1/3 c flour
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
2 Tbls milk
6 Tbls butter, divided
1 lemon
1/4 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Pound cutlets
On wax paper combine flour, salt, and pepper
In pie plate combine egg and milk with a fork
Dip cutlets into egg wash then flour mixture

In skillet melt 2 Tbls butter, when hot add cutlets a few at a time
Cook till golden, about 5min
Remove and keep warm

Cut a lemon in half - squeeze to get 1 Tbls juice
Into drippings in skillet stir lemon juice, water, and 4 Tbls butter until melted
Stirring to loosen brown bits from the bottom of the skillet

Pour lemon sauce over turkey
