Large Pork Loin or favorite cut of pork


1 can coke
2 cups brown sugar
16 oz. mild salsa

Depending on the size of the pork, you may need to at least double ingredients – it needs to be very moist

Directions:
Directions:
Put a pork loin in the crock pot for at least 4-6 hours salt and pepper to taste (I like to put it in the night before with a little water in the bottom)
-Drain the fat
-Shred the pork
-Put the shredded pork back into the Crockpot

Add coke, brown sugar and Salsa

Heat through and serve! Simmer it for several hours to help mix flavors.

Serve with a fresh tortilla or on a bun or in a salad.
