4-5 lbs. Pork Loin Roast
1 envelope (1-1½ oz) onion soup mix
½ c. water
¼ c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Place 1 Tbsp. flour in regular size (10"x 16") Oven Bag. Put bag in 12"x8" baking dish. Sprinkle soup mix in bottom of Oven Bag. Place pork roast, fat side down, on top of soup mix. Close bag with twist tie. Pierce vent holes in top of bag. Bake 2½ hours or until well done. Remove roast from bag to serving platter. Skim excess fat from drippings. Add water to drippings to make two cups liquid and put in saucepan. Blend flour and ½ c. water thoroughly. Pour flour mixture into drippings and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute.
