4-5 lbs Country-style pork ribs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sweet basil leaves
1 c. barbeque sauce
1 onion, thinly sliced

These ribs may be prepared in a slow cooker or in the oven with an oven bag. If using an oven bag, preheat oven 350º and put 1 Tbsp flour in the oven bag, shake to coat, and place in a 12x8" baking dish.

Rub salt and basil on ribs. Place ribs in bag or slow cooker, overlapping as necessary. Arrange onion slices on top of ribs. Close bag using twist tie and pierce bag or put lid on slow cooker. Bake or cook in slow cooker for 45 minutes. Add BBQ sauce. Remove from oven, slice open bag and pour BBQ sauce over ribs, then return to oven and bake an additional 15-20 minutes or continue cooking in slow cooker until done.
