Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
4 medium potatoes, preferably gold potatoes
3 carrots
1 medium onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheese soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in skillet and drain; Slice potatoes, carrots, and onions. Layer vegetables in that order in casserole dish. Place hamburger on top. Cover with soups. Bake at 350 for 1 hours. This recipe should also work in a slow cooker.
