pound ground beef
1 egg
Cup Sour Cream
Cup Ranch Dressing
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
Teaspoon Celery Salt
1 Teaspoon onion flakes (or fresh chopped onion)
1 Teaspoon beef bouillon
Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Italian-style dried bread crumbs
Sauce:
1 Cup Ketchup
Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Mustard
Cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375, roll mixture into a ball and put in muffin tin. Bake at 375 for 3 minutes, take out and cover with the sauce and continue baking for another 10 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving for easier slicing.


It can also be baked in a loaf pan
