ribs of your choice (baby back, St. Louis style, country)
1 c. beef broth/water
salt & pepper
paprika, garlic powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove silver skin if possible. Cut ribs into portions Remove silver skin if possible.
Season ribs with salt & pepper.
Place in wire basket with ribs standing up.
Add broth/water.
Set on meat/stew setting for 50 minutes.
Then do quick release after 10 minutes.

Baste with BBQ sauce (of your choice). Place under a broiler, watch carefully, turning as needed.
