1st layer:
½ lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup mayonnaise

2nd layer:
1 10oz. package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and wrung out in a tea towel
1 8oz. package cream cheese
Salt and pepper

3rd layer:
¼ cup Major Grey’s Chutney
1 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg

4th layer:
½ lb. cheddar cheese, grated
¼ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for each layer in separate bowls. Spray an 8-inch springform pan. Place each layer in pan and refrigerate for several hours before unmolding. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.

Can be made ahead and frozen in springform pan. Defrost in refrigerator before unmolding.
