3 Cups Sugar
1/3 Cut White Vinegar (Distilled)
1 Cup Water (Hot Water)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir until sugar is dissolved, never touch side of pan.

Cook to a Hard Crack.

Pour on large buttered surface and let cool until you can handle it.

With buttered hands stretch it until you can't stretch it any more.

Twist and lay on counter and then brake into smaller pieces and wrap in waxed paper.
