2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
3 cups flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup hot coffee or water
1 cup buttermilk or sour milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Grease and flour a 10" tube or bundt pan. Prepare the filling (recipe below) and set aside. In large mixing bowl,
combine sugar, oil and eggs. Beat 1 minutes at high speed. Add remaining ingredients except nuts and filling.
Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. By hand, stir in nuts. Pour half of batter into
prepared pan. Carefully spoon filling over batter; top with remaining batter. Bake at 350º for 70-75 minutes or
until top springs back when touched. Cool upright in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
Drizzle with glaze made by combining powdered sugar, 3 Tablespoons cocoa, 2 Tablespoons melted butter,
2 teaspoons vanilla and 1-3 Tablespoons of hot water.

Filling: In small bowl beat 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 8 oz. package cream cheese and 1 egg until smooth.
Stir in 1/2 cup coconut and 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips.
