2 cups rice
1 T oil
2 cups water or Chicken broth1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder (or 3 fresh cloves chopped)
1 tsp Chili powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 T oil to a pan and stir fry the rice until a light brown. I brown rice in a pan, instead of the Instant Pot, because it is easier.

All rest of ingredients into the Instant Pot while the rice is browning. Add rice when it is done.

Set Instant pot to 5 minutes. Let it slow release for 5 minutes.

Release pressure. Be careful because it will be hot.

Fluff with a fork and serve.
