1 pound hamburger
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tsp. instant minced onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. dried minced garlic or garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
3 pocket breads
1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Cook the hamburger in the microwave in a colander for 3 minutes on full power. Break up meat and cook an additional 1 1/2-3 minutes until done. Pour off grease and put the meat into a 2 c. microwave container. Add the tomato sauce, onion, salt, chili powder, cumin, garlic and oregano. Mix well.
Microwave on full power for 4 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 3-4 minutes on full power until bubbly. Fill each half of pocket bread with mixture, top with lettuce and cheese.
