1 box Duncan Hines Golden Butter cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 cup cooking oil
11 oz undrained mandarin oranges (remove seeds)

Frosting
1 large size Cool Whip
1 can 8oz undrained crushed pineapple
2 small vanilla instant pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix well the cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 3 9in cake pans.
Cool completely, frost and store in refridgerator.

Frosting
Whip together until fluffy the Cool Whip, pineapple and pudding mix.
