3 lb. peeled and sliced potatoes
water to cover potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place potato in pot.
Cover with water. Add salt.
Place lid on and seal valves.

Set valve to cook on manual pressure ( pressure) for 8 minutes.
Do a quick release.
Drain potatoes and return to pot.
Saute for a few minutes to dry potatoes.
Add remaining ingredients and mash.
Place on keep warm till ready to serve.
