1 c. water
eggs (12 for 6 qt. pot)
steam basket
Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 c. of water in bottom of Instant Pot inner container.
Place steam basket inside inner lining.
Place eggs into basket in a single layer.
Select egg setting for 5 minutes.

Do a quick release of steam valve.
Gently crack eggs with a spoon.
Place eggs in a ice water bath for 5 minutes.
Peel immediately.
