2 # package frozen hash browns (partially thawed
2 - 10 1/2 ounce cans cheddar cheese soup
1 13 oz. can evaporated milk
1 3 oz. can french fried onion rings
salt and papper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, soup, milk, salt, pepper and half of the onion rings. Pour into well greased crockpot.
Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours, or on high 3 hours. Sprinkle remaining onion rings over top before serving.
