Mix together and set aside:

1 Medium head cabbage, shredded
1 Carrot, shredded
1 Medium onion diced
1/4 Cup sugar

Bring to boil and simmer three minutes:

1 cup white vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the vinegar mixture over the cabbage mix.

Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Will keep two months in refrigerator.
