1 c. rolled oats
½ c. natural peanut butter
¼ c. honey
¼ c. unsweetened coconut, shredded
¼ c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir together well to combine. Place bowl of 'dough' in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour so it can set up. Bring dough out of the fridge and roll into balls about 1 tbsp. in size. Store in a covered container in the fridge.
