Ingredients:
Ingredients:
20 whole, fresh jalapenos (2-3" size)
2 cubes cream cheese, softened
1 lb streaky bacon, cut in thirds

Directions:
Directions:
Cut jalapenos in half, length-wise. With a spoon, remove the seeds and white membrane (that's the source of the heat, so leave a little if you like a "bite" to it)
Smear softened cream cheese into each jalapeno half.
Wrap each one with 1/3 slice bacon and secure with toothpick through the middle.

Bake in pan with rack at 375º F for 20-25 minutes. If bacon doesn't look done enough, turn on broiler for a couple minutes to finish it off.

Serve immediately or at room temperature.

Personal Notes:
Grandpa Bruce & I love anything with Bacon and these are no exception. More properly referred to as "Poppers", these little gems are fun, delicious and addicting!
