Chicken Livers Pate Recipe

1 lb chicken livers
1 quart chicken stock
3/4 cup bread crumbs
4 coves garlic
4 oz butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp. cognac
salt / pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of paprika

Clean livers, cut green shot out. Put the stock in a saucepan and boil to 1/2. At will take about 20 min's Then add bread crumbs Mix together making a dough .then cook for 1 or 2 min's more.
Then add garlic.
Puree livers in food processor, then add stock ,butter eggs, cream, cognac and s/p to taste.
Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the liver mixture in. Bake 300 for 30 min's turn off oven
and leaven in oven until cool. Then ref. for 24 hours
