1 wheel of Double Cream Brie Cheese
1 tbsp chopped, fresh Thyme
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Slice a thin layer of rind off the top of the brie; place the cheese cut side up in Brie Baker. Sprinkle thyme and pepper on top of the cheese. Drizzle with honey, cover with the lid and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until soft and bubbly. Serve warm with sliced pears and crackers.
