Crab Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms Recipe

3 oz cream cheese
4 oz crab meat
oz minced diced onion
a pinch of fresh dill
1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
oz minced red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 4 oz portabella mushroom

2 oz 35% cream
tsp fresh pesto
Romano, asiago, and parmesan cheeses

Mix first seven ingredients and stuff the mushroom. Roast at 400 for 12 minutes. Make sauce on stovetop, reducing cream by half. Bring to boil, mix in pesto, add cheese. Pour over mushroom. Serve on bed of fresh greens. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
