1 c. margarine
¾ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
1 egg
2 c. flour
½ c. cocoa
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream margarine, sugar, vanilla, and salt until fluffy. Beat in egg. Stir in flour and cocoa until well blended. Add walnuts. Form into two rolls, refrigerate. Slice into rounds and place on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. After cool, spread with chocolate frosting or melted chocolate almond bark.
