1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup Skor bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat butter, icing sugar and vanilla until creamy. In a separate bowl combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Stir 1/2 into butter mixture until combined. Stir in chips and remaining flour mixture,mix well. Drop small scoops on to baking sheet, bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
