Spicy Meat Balls Recipe

Mom: Beverly Obaugh Johnson


1 lb. Hamburger
2 Eggs
1 c. Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Mince Onion
½ tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Horseradish
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
1 dash Tabasco®

½ c. Vinegar
1 c. Water
4 tbsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp. Mustard
1 c. Ketchup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Pepper

Meatballs: Mix all ingredeeints and form small to medium meat balls.
Bake 350º F for 20 minutes.

Sauce: Combine first 5 ingredients and simmer 20 minutes uncovered.
Add Ketchup and Worcestershire Sauce.

Add Meatballs and keep hot.
