1 large bunch Kale
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 drops lemon Essential Oil (or dash cumin and cilantro) depending on desired flavor.
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 200. Wash and dry kale, tear kale into bite-sized pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil and lemon essential oil, (or alternately olive oil, cumin, and cilantro). Place kale pieces into bowl and toss in the oil mixture, massaging each piece to coat well. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake 45 to 50 minutes until crispy. Watch smaller pieces and remove from oven early if necessary to prevent burning. Allow to cool and serve.
