4 medium potatoes (Idaho best for potato salad)
2 or 3 pods of pimento
6 hard boiled eggs
1 medium onion
cup sweet pickles
2 tbsp of pickle syrup
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Boil potatoes until cooked through
2. Boil eggs to hard boil and remove the shells, and chop up
3. Cut up all ingredients pimento pods, onions, sweet pickles, and lastly cut up the potatoes
4. Mix all ingredients together while the potatoes are still warm toss gently with mayonnaise and chill before serving
