1 c. margarine
⅔ c. sugar
1 egg
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
2 ½ c. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. baking powder
(optional - Orange Juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla extract. Add combined dry ingredients. Mix well. Tint dough if desired with food coloring. Force dough through cookie press onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 400 º oven for 6 to 8 minutes, or until edges are very lightly browned.
