1 ¾ c flour
1 ½ c sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
¾ Teaspoon nutmeg
¾ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

½ cup oil
½ cup water
2 eggs
1c pumpkin
½ cups walnut

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix dry ingredients then mix wet ingredients and combine dry ingredients, mix well.

bake in loaf pans 1hour.
