2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup Wesson oil
3 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting below.
(Half recipe is enough)

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 pkg. powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
