Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb flank steak (sliced into strips)
3 large bell peppers
1 large onion
2 T olive oil
1 T ground cumin
2 tsp chili powder
salt + pepper
lime
1/2 cup cilantro (roughly chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
1: Preheat 400 degrees F

2: In a mixing bowl, combine steak, peppers, onions, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, s+p

3: Spread the mixture onto baking sheet + roast for 15-20 min (veggies should be cartelized)

4: Remove from oven + sprinkle with cilantro + a squeeze of lime

5: Serve on tortilla shell or lettuce wrap
