1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp finely shredded lemon peel.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt. Make a hole in the center.
Combine egg, milk, honey, oil and lemon peel. Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just
until moistened (batter should be lumpy). Grease muffin cups or line with paper bake cups.
Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
