1 head of cauliflower (or 1 steamer bag)
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 onion diced (1/2 cup)
1 small red pepper (diced)
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Optional toppings:
Mozzarella cheese
Feta cheese
Goat cheese
Avocado

Directions:
Directions:
1: Chop Cauliflower (or skip if you store-bought steamer bag)

2: Melt coconut oil over medium heat. Add onion. (5 min), Add pepper (2-3 min); Add cauliflower (5 min)

3: Toss herbs and seasonings (except nutritional yeast) coat well - cook 5-7 min.

4: Remove from heat and serve with your favorite sides, or wrap with tortilla!

Try adding feta cheese or mozzarella cheese + avocado
