1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk and oil.
Beat smooth.(do not over beat) Turn into a greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
