Ingredients:  
1 stick softened butter
1 cup of sugar
½ lb ricotta cheese
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups of flour
½ tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Dough will be sticky.

Drop by tbsp on to ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 350º 10-12 minutes

Frosting:
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp of Almond extract
Add enough milk to desired consistency.
Frost cooled cookies.
