2 Lbs. Ground Beef
2 Cups Breadcrumbs - Bread Slices Torn
2 Eggs
Cup Chopped Onion
1 16 Oz. Can Whole Tomatoes Drained and Chopped
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
Tsp. Pepper
Tsp. Dried Oregano

Topping
Ketchup
Mustard
Brown Sugar

Optional
Cup Chopped Celery
Cup Grated Carrot
Green Pepper Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape mixture into a 9 inch loaf and place on rack of a lightly greased broiler pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Cover top of meatloaf and bake an additional 15 minutes.
