6 roma tomatoes
6 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1 jalapeno, deseeded
1/2 lime, juiced
Red Hot, as needed
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Quarter tomatoes and remove seeds. Quarter onion. Halve jalapeno and remove seeds. Roast under broiler for about 8 minutes, until skin on tomatoes begin to peel away. Cool slightly and remove skin of tomatoes. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until slightly chunky. Chill
