½ c unsalted butter, softened
¾ c sugar
¾ c light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp coconut extract
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2¼ c whole wheat pastry flour
½ c dark chocolate chips
⅓ c almond slices
¼ c unsweetened coconut flakes

Preheat oven to 375º F

Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside

In a large bowl, cream butter with sugar and brown sugar
Add eggs and all 3 extracts, beat until mixed
Add salt, baking soda and flour, beat until just combined (do not over beat)
Fold in chocolate chips, coconut and almonds

Use a cookie scoop to portion out dough, be sure to leave room between cookies to allow for spreading

Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until dough gets golden tone
