Pasta Salad Recipe

8 oz. dried chickpea pasta
1green pepper
8 oz. colby jack cheese
Salad Supreme seasoning
3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried basil
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. honey *add more if needed
Salt & pepper

Cook pasta in salted, boiling water and drain. Leave to cool slightly. Combine oil, vinegar, dried oregano, parsley, and basil, garlic powder, honey, salt and pepper in blender. Blend until emulsified. Pour on pasta and stir. Place in refrigerator until completely cool. Dice cheese and green pepper. Add cheese, pepper, and salad seasoning to pasta and stir.
