Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained well
2 cups chopped nuts ( I put some in the cheese ball itself, but save out most to use on top of the cheese ball)
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
Seasoning Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sorry, I just put a couple of shakes of the salt not sure how much that is. Don't want too much for sure.

I squish it all up with my hands and form into a flat circle on a decorative plate. Then, press the pecans on the top and sides.

Serve with Ritz - because everything is better when it sits on a Ritz!

Personal Notes:
I've made this in a tree shape and decorated with slices of green/red peppers for Christmas.

Makes a large amount.
