6 oz. Greek yogurt
1/3 cup old fashioned oats, uncooked
1 tsp. chia seeds
2 T. almond milk (cows milk works)
1 cup frozen mixed fruit and berries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yogurt, oats, chia seeds and milk. Layer mixture with fruit and berries. Refrigerate overnight.
